Well here are some words.
You might remember me from such entries as "pussy food", "fuzzy balls" and "farkin farkin farkin, crap crap crap".
Sorry for the absence, but I really couldn't be bothered to tell you why I haven't been on here. We'll just leave it at that.
Life goes on, pretty much the same as before. Work and sleep takes up most of my time, pretty boring, but it beats doing other things.
Well, I have been and gone to NZ, that was over 2 months ago now. I was in and about town for the majority of my week there but managed to go and hire a car for the weekend. I ventured down to a place called Akaroa which is on the side of a now extinct volcano. Touristy, quaint and very green to put it simply. Had some fish and chips (or should I say fush and chups) on the waters edge and wandered the shops. You can see some pics down at the bottom on my flickr thingy. Yes I saw some sheep, and no they were not attractive to me in the slightest...... Over all the trip was good, Christchurch was rather wet and muggy. They have had a pretty much non existent summer compared to the record droughts and heat waves we have had here.
As for the work front, China is off the cards for the time being. My manager took a trip over there a couple of weeks after I got back from NZ so that filled a gap for a while and now we are in a steady decline work wise. Quite a few of us are being asked to take leave over the coming months so I have volunteered a week a month for the next three months.
The Big Day Out in early feb was alright I suppose. Saw bands including Muse, Jet, Tool, The Killers, My Chemical Romance, Evermore and a few others I can't remember. It was a stinking hot day, much liquid was consumed and sunscreen was slapped on.
Other than that, summer's over, daylight savings ends in a couple of weeks and the animals are all alive and well. I think all my stalkers have settled down for the moment or they have gone on holidays.......
So to conclude... I hope you enjoyed the comeback. Now comment me biatches and for those of you who have locked diaries and still read me, send me the goddamn passwords!
