Alrighty, have had a shit of a week.
My body has been letting me down.
From about Wednesday i have had some annoying stomach cramps that have come and gone when they felt like it with no other usual symptoms that you get with stomach trouble. Very weird. It seems to be under control now, but I have tried to eat as normal as possible while I felt ordinary. As well as all of that I have had a half decent sinus headache that has carried over from the week before. Friday I plucked up the courage to take some drugs to relieve it and after taking them I read the package only to find that they were the "drowsy make you buzz out" type. So I spent friday at work in a daze and subsequently left early. I shouldn't have really driven home under the influence, but it is a short trip afterall.
Other than that, work is pretty ordinary. I have been coaxed into giving up my leave from the 28th to the 30th of December to come in and do some IT work while there isn't many other people there to annoy me, but have been promised that I can take some days in lieu later on. I still have the week after that off anyway, so it's not a total loss I guess.
I should really do some more christmas shopping I guess. Might get my ass into town tomorrow and see if I can spend some of those hard earned dollars on some useless gifts that serve no purpose. Isn't that what the whole silly season is about?
