short but sweet

Just a quick one.
Things are pretty calm right now.
Am sitting up in bed, Oscar by my side.
Money is tight. Have quite a few bills due over the next week before I go away.
Major thunderstorm at about 5am this morning. 300 or so lightning strikes. Exciting stuff.
I bought a new memory card the other day for my camera in preparation for my trip.
I really want to get a new digital camera at the end of the year. Maybe this one.
I have next week off to wander around and catch up on stuff. Need to come up with some stuff to do. Might go for a drive and take some pics.
Anyway, might update over the weekend. Need some inspiration though.
