Where did the weekend go?
Monday came too quick, Friday couldn't come any quicker.
Yes Kiwi , Oscar is growing to be a big boy. When I got him he weighed in at 13kg. After a month he had a visit to the vet and came in at 17kg. I weighed him tonight almost a month later after going to the vet and he is now 20kg. The boy is getting bigger. He will probably get to about 25kg or so. Still big enough to sleep on the bed. Must stop that, my bed is covered in hair, ack!
Well, I have decided where I am going on my time off in October. I met my dad at the pub on Friday night for a few brews and mentioned that I had two weeks off in October. He reminded me that there were cheap flights at the moment after the launch of Jetstar (an off shoot of Qantas) and that I should take a trip up to Cairns to visit an Uncle, Aunt and a heap of Cousins I have up there. I told him that he should really come up too considering it was his Aunt and Uncle and to go halves in the accommodation and car hire.. yada yada. So he went for it. I booked the flights tonight, he is arranging the hotel and we take off on October the 9th, a day after my mums 50th birthday. Couldn't be outta the state for that one. How young does that make me? Not young enough actually.
