Same shit, different day.
Don't you hate getting stuck in a pattern.
It seems that I have a daily focus at work at the moment on a different customer each day. You make them happy one day and then they go quiet the next. More patterns, in a never ending cycle. More a spiral actually
Our general manager of sales and marketing is trying to convince the boss to allow me to take a couple of trips across to Sydney and Brisbane later in the year to expose me to more of our customers. Can't complain really, and I don't mind air travel either. There's also a trade conference coming up mid next month that they're going to try and drag me along to.
I am watching some amazing pictures at the moment live from the space shuttle as they attempt to repair the bits that are hanging off the belly of it. It would have been hard to believe 20 years ago that we could be sitting at home watching this streaming live to our home computers today. Truly amazing.
Highlight of the week: Tomorrow is payday, means that I can do a decent sized grocery shop and get a haircut as well. I'm feeling shaggy again.
Lowlight: The fact that Monday is only 4 days away :(
