raining, thumper, inflamed

It's a rainy miserable day.
I woke up with a thumper of a headache, just hoping the ibuprofen will kick in soon.
I have 3 potential buyers coming to look at the car today. Well, i gave my address to 3 separate phone callers yesterday, that has to be an improvement on people just calling and telling me they will call back later.
The inflamed situation with the previously mentioned customer got worse. I was given another verbal serve on the phone and was left to defend the work that someone else had done, i can fully understand the frustration that this person on the other end of the phone had and I was helpless to do anything about it. He wanted to speak to our quality manager or general manager so I told him that i would arrange for someone to call him back asap. I went straight into the managing directors office who was quite sympathetic, he went out to the factory floor and witnessed what i had just relayed from the phone call and he then called back the customer. On Monday we are sending our operations manager and the department supervisor who is responsible for this customers work over to Sydney for the day to look first hand at what the customer is complaining about. To be honest, the customer is being quite picky, we are working to a recognized standard and they believe it should look better than what they are getting. Admittedly, we have had some genuine problems that have been made by ourselves, but that just makes it harder to defend. I offered to go over there myself, but i said to the boss that they probably don't want to deal with me anymore anyway. We'll see what happens.
Nothing much else going on really..... I hate starting to write here then getting stuck for words..... I need some inspiration. Anyone got any?
